Upon completion of your tattoo enquiry form and direct communication confirming an available date and time, you will receive a booking deposit invoice via email.

Booking Process and Deposit

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit is essential as it contributes to covering the studio expenses, including rent, utilities, and the necessary equipment and supplies that must be pre-ordered for your session. The deposit also accounts for the time dedicated to crafting your unique design, which includes research, sketching, layout adjustments, and final preparations.t goes here

Once your deposit is paid, you’ll receive an email confirmation that includes an appointment notification on your calendar. This will detail the date and time of your appointment, provide a Google map location, confirm your deposit amount, and describe the tattoo design you're scheduled to discuss and have inked.

Upon arriving for your tattoo appointment, please head to the Orchard Cafe as there is no waiting area in my studio, and message me either on Instagram or WhatsApp to let me know you’re here. I will come to collect you and lead you to my private studio, where you can make yourself comfortable on the sofa and enjoy the view from the balcony.

We will review the final design together, as I find that many clients have last-minute changes that can enhance the overall piece. I allow up to an hour, free of charge, for these adjustments to ensure we create the best design possible. After finalising the design, you will need to fill out a tattoo consent form unless you’ve completed this during the booking process.

Please remember that the "clock" starts as soon as we begin prepping your station—this includes shaving the area, as it is no longer hygienic for other clients. Following the shaving, I will clean the skin with isopropyl alcohol, apply the stencil, and incorporate any freehand design elements. There will be a short wait of about 10-15 minutes while the stencil dries before we begin the tattooing process. While I strive to adhere to my estimated time and cost, please be aware that changes in size or detail may affect both the duration and total price of your tattoo.

It's important to be aware that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 72 hours in advance. This notice enables me to potentially fill your spot with another client and mitigates the risk of income loss for my business. If this notice is not given, the next time you book, the deposit required will equal the full estimated quote for the tattoo, to ensure that I safeguard against potential future losses.

My pricing reflects the unique value of the craftsmanship involved in each tattoo. The cost accounts for hours spent creating a personalised design tailored just for you, which integrates my innovative ‘Neo-Indigenous’ style—a blend of illustrative blackwork and First Nations geometric patterns that ensures your tattoo is one-of-a-kind. The length of service will depend on the complexity of the design, with pricing structured accordingly to reflect the artistry and time involved.
