Privacy Policy

Information you share through the enquiry form — name, contact details, references — is used only to respond to your enquiry and manage your booking. Nothing is sold, shared or used for marketing without consent.

Terms of Service

Deposits are non-refundable. Appointments can be rescheduled with 72 hours' notice. Clients must be 18+ with valid ID. The artist reserves the right to decline any design or request.

Booking & Studio Policies

By accepting this calendar invitation and securing your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and policies.

  1. 1. Strict 72-Hour Cancellation & Rebooking Policy

    A 72-hour notice is strictly required for all reschedules. Cancellations or reschedules within 72 hours of your session will result in the immediate forfeiture of your deposit to cover mandatory studio daily chair rent and artist preparation time. A new deposit will be required to rebook a new date.

  2. 2. The “Secure Preview” Design Protocol

    Because custom Neo-Indigenous pieces require 10+ hours of cultural research and drawing, high-resolution flat images are not sent out prior to appointments to protect the artwork. Instead, you will receive a secure video walkthrough 48 to 72 hours before your appointment. This allows you to see the artwork, understand the flow of the design on the body, and get excited for your session!

  3. 3. In-Person Revisions Only

    Minor tweaks and adjustments are done together in the chair on the day of your session. This ensures the design and flow match your body perfectly during the stencil fitting, rather than trying to guess via text message.

  4. 4. “Major Redesign” Fee

    Your initial deposit covers the time required to draw one agreed-upon design direction. If you change your mind entirely after seeing the draft and request a complete redraw in a new direction, an additional £100 redesign fee will apply to cover the new drawing time, and your appointment date may need to be rescheduled.

Consent

All clients sign a consent form on the day covering medical disclosure, aftercare acknowledgement and photography release. A copy is provided on request.

Photography

Photos of finished work may be shared on the studio's portfolio and social channels. Identifying details are never shown without explicit permission.
